On January 2016, the top management of GMR and GMP gather together to discuss the company initiatives for 2016 with the Admin Team, Supervisors, Field Coordinators (FCs) and Quality Control Coordinators (QCCs).
The Leadership team had a meeting last December 2015 to discuss changes in the company for the upcoming year. Mark Daniel Gomez (Dan), CFO and AVP of Operations, proposed  new initiatives for the company and its employees to improve the following year. After much deliberation and discussion, the Leadership came into agreement with one another and decided that it was time to bring the other team members in the loop.
None have seen quite a gathering like on January 6, when the Leadership team, Admin team, and Operations Team deployed all over the country convened at the first GMR+ Townhall for 2016.  With everyone from every area being present and able to make their voices heard, there was no better time for everyone to present their opinions on the initiatives previously discussed by the Leadership. Dan proudly established that the Townhall would become a regular occurrence so that everyone can  have more opportunities to speak and to provide updates on their work.
